2 Tbs distilled vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Olive oil
1 Packet salad greens (lettuce, rocket, cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts)
1/2 Tbs white pepper powder

Marinate pork chops with vinegar, pepper and salt and leave to stand for 20 mins
Beat egg in a dish that is big enough for a single chop to be placed
Add a pinch of salt and the Worcestershire sauce and whisk into the egg
Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture so that both sides of the chop are coated with the egg
Pour the bread crumbs onto a flat dish and spread out evenly
Put the egg-coated chops on the bread crumbs and turn so that crumbs stick to both sides of the chops
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over low heat
Pan fry chops on both sides until bread crumbs become a nice, even golden brown and the meat is cooked through
Remove chops from pan when cooked and allow to cool on absorbent paper towels
